Questions

Answers for serious WordPress operators.

Arximus is a premium WordPress security and recovery platform. This page answers common questions about the platform model, security architecture, recovery, storage, pricing, privacy, and WordPress.org compatibility.

Platform model

Arximus is built as one serious platform.

Every paying customer receives the same serious platform. Arximus does not sell weak and strong security tiers. Pricing scales through protected site capacity, storage capacity, and optional Edge WAF capacity.

The Local Foundation provides local baseline value and a secure connection path to Arximus Cloud.

Security model

The strongest design is hybrid.

Edge WAF filters traffic before WordPress. The local agent enforces inside WordPress. Arximus Cloud coordinates policy, intelligence, backup, restore, audit, and proof.

This gives Arximus both perimeter strength and WordPress-aware local context.

Common questions

What customers usually want to know first.

These answers are written for buyers, operators, and technical reviewers.

Pricing

How is Arximus priced?

Arximus uses one premium platform. The base includes one protected site and baseline storage. Add protected sites and storage blocks as you grow.

Security

Is this only a plugin?

No. The plugin is the local WordPress layer. Arximus Cloud provides intelligence and orchestration. Edge WAF can protect before origin.

Backups

Are backups verified?

The recovery system is designed around encrypted offsite backups, signed manifests, verification, restore drills, and restore readiness scoring.

Storage

What happens when storage fills?

Arximus is designed to warn early and support controlled auto-expand so backup protection does not silently fail.

Privacy

What data is sent?

Arximus uses security and operational metadata needed for protection and recovery. Passwords, full cookies, payment data, secret keys, and unencrypted backup contents should not be intentionally sent.

Code

Does the cloud send plugin code?

No. The cloud sends signed structured data such as policies, decisions, scores, backup metadata, manifests, and entitlements. It does not send executable plugin code.

Decision support

The goal is clarity before connection.

Customers should understand how protection, recovery, pricing, and data handling work before they connect a site.
